Bill Stuart - CEO

Bill StuartBack in 1995 Bill became frustrated with the lack of actual retail/manufacturing experience many consultants failed to supply to their clients. He found that they had a difficult time suggesting solutions that would work in their client’s “real world” environment. That became the launching point for Bill to form Stuart & Associates Inc. His goal was to start a consultant company that was different, effective and spoke the language of retailers and manufacturer’s.

Bill had over 20 years of retail experience prior to starting Stuart & Associates. He has a proven track record of turning problems into profits by providing substantial gains in revenue, margin and bottom-line profits.

He held every major field operations position from District Manager, Regional Merchandiser to Group Vice-President of store operations during his retail career. He understands firsthand what it takes to run stores, motivate people and react quickly in a practical way to everyday situations.

His ability to work with retailers and manufacturers in the development of products, selling strategies, return reduction programs, and best in class training has gained him the respect of the top retailers and manufacturers in the world.

 

John Quattrucci - President

John Quattrucci

John shared Bill’s opinion of consultants who did not fully comprehend the retail process. Having listened to many consultants’ impractical theories, John decided to put his convictions to the test and agreed to come on board in forming Stuart & Associates.


Prior to becoming a partner at Stuart & Associates John had fourteen years of retail experience. Ten years were spent at a major retailer where he developed, trained, and managed the company’s multi-million dollar Extended Service Plan program.

Over the course of the last 12 years John has developed and performed training for major fortune 500 companies. He has also developed and worked with different types of training delivery methods including: E-learning, Intra-net training, Radio, Satellite Broadcasts, Videos and Live Training Seminars. This has allowed Stuart & Associates to stay on the cutting edge of learning technology.

As Bill & John continue to augment the company with top flight professional trainers, their already sterling reputation of providing innovative, dynamic and exciting training will only increase.

In 2009 John was made President. John has brought and continues to bring a refreshing approach to the training and development side of Stuart & Associates.

 

 

Dawn Stuart - CFO

Dawn Stuart

Dawn has been the CFO of Stuart & Associates since it’s founding in 1996 and brings an extensive financial and business background to her duties as chief financial officer of Stuart & Associates.

In addition to her accounting background Dawn has held several positions with major retailers, including Area Management, Assistant Buyer, Senior Buyer and Store Merchandiser.

Dawn possesses a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from SUNY Albany.

 

 

Tom Hebrock - Vice President - Retail Services

Tom Hebrock

Having teamed up on projects with Bill and John in the past, Tom recognized the synergy that developed when they worked together. Sharing the philosophy that training can be both enjoyable and effective, Tom was a natural fit for Stuart and Associates, and joined the company in 2004.

Tom started his retail career in 1977. After 15 years in consumer electronics sales and management, Tom was recognized for his ability to motivate and inspire salespeople and was promoted to a Regional Sales Training position with a leading Northeast retailer. In 1995, he went on to hold positions as National Sales Trainer, and VP of Sales and Training with two of the country’s leading Extended Warranty Providers. There his responsibilities included live training, instructional training design, web-based training design, management of the U.S. and Canadian Training Team, client relations, and sales. Additionally, as the owner of his own training company, Tom personally worked with over one-hundred different retailers, distributors, utilities, and manufacturers in the US and Canada, designing and delivering sales, management, customer service, and warranty training programs.

Tom continues to utilize his sales and training experience and expertise at Stuart and Associates, designing and delivering training programs to a variety of clients including Best Buy, Tractor Supply Company, and Sears Holding Company, to increase their profitability, customer service and sales.

 

 

Randy Asbell - Vice President of Sales

Randy Asbell

 

Randy brings 22 years of retail experience to the Stuart & Associates team. The positions he’s held in those 22 years included audio/video & appliance sales associate, District Manager, and Regional Vice President of a major CE retailer.

Most recently before joining Stuart & Associates, Randy held a Vice President position at one of the most profitable property management companies in the mid-west. There he was responsible for sales, expenses, profits, people development, and brand enhancement. He specialized in reengineering underperforming properties to maximize cash flow and return on investment.

Randy’s diverse background adds one more unique dimension to what Stuart & Associates can offer their existing as well as prospective clients.
